Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on wslots, you acknowledge and confirm that:

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) wslots account. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited. wslots employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, wslots reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the user;
• Void all wagers placed across duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate account usage;
• Retain deposits made to duplicate accounts where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credential Security

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

• The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Peso (₱100.00);

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution;
• wslots does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, receiving bank or e-wallet processing fees may apply.

wslots reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedure.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

wslots is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. The platform maintains transaction monitoring systems and cooperates with relevant Philippine regulatory authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Any deposits or withdrawals suspected to be connected with unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities, and associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

Prohibited Activities

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit wslots's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The wslots platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wslots makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint relating to your wslots account, game outcomes, or any other platform matter, you should first contact wslots customer support through the official 24/7 live chat channel or via email at [email protected]. The wslots support team will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) hour and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to wslots management. If the dispute remains unresolved after the escalation process, you may pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
